To be quite frank, feeling good all of the time is something that a lot of people simply do not experience. While there are times that you should feel better, there are times that you just feel crappy! For those times – especially when your muscles are sore, reiki could actually be the answer to all of your prayers. A lot of people do not understand exactly what reiki is and that is what we are going to explore!
First and foremost, reiki is actually energy healing. The person who is doing the reiki on you is the healer and they actually draw energy into their hands from around them and inside of them. Reiki is something that a lot of doctors do not believe in, but in my experience – it works.
So if you are looking for something alternative to heal you, you should look for someone that does reiki. It is definitely something to try at least!
