Typically, when you are in pain, what do you reach for? The pill bottles right? Herbs are something that we use every single day and growing them right in your backyard is definitely something that you should try. You can also drink aloe vera juice and it will help you with digestive problems as well as chronic constipation and a poor appetite.

Having a headache is something that is really – really difficult. It is the one thing that totally and utterly puts me out of commission for lord knows how long. It is something that can truly hurt you, truly make you feel bad and truly ruin your day. The side affects alone from a headache are terrible! You can become sensitive to noise, touch and even the light.
While there are many different treatments out there for headaches and migraines, most of the treatments are worse than the actual migraine. The side effects can make you puke, make you feel totally sick and truly hurt you and why would you want to take something like that? Well, there is another way. There is an herb called feverfew that has been proven to help your migraines.
The great things about herbs is that they do not usually have any side effects and they truly can help you in an all natural way – which is the best way to go.
