<p>One of the first things that you need to think about is the fact that your body will give you signs when it is not feeling well.  Most of the time, you probably ignore these particular signs and that is when you get sick.</p>
<p>The body will keep sending distress signals and they can come in the form of sudden pain, insomnia and even anxiety.</p>
