Having a headache is something that is really – really difficult. It is the one thing that totally and utterly puts me out of commission for lord knows how long. It is something that can truly hurt you, truly make you feel bad and truly ruin your day. The side affects alone from a headache are terrible! You can become sensitive to noise, touch and even the light.
While there are many different treatments out there for headaches and migraines, most of the treatments are worse than the actual migraine.
